**PLEASE NOTE***  Holiday Hill is located on a sand dune and requires many stairs to access the units.  We do not recommend the property to those with limited mobility.  Drop off zone on top of driveway cuts out half of the stairs for upper units and the majority of stairs for lower units.  

Use of all resort amenities including sundeck & pool are limited to REGISTERED HOLIDAY HILL GUESTS ONLY.  

Additional guests beyond room occupancy is PROHIBITED.  This includes the pool and sundeck spaces and common areas.  Private events are not allowed.

All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.  Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. 

Parking provided for one vehicle per reservation in units 700, 701, 702, 703, 722

Parking provided for two vehicles per reservation in cottages 720, and 730 

Check-Out for all units is 11:00 AM.  A late check-out fee will be enforced for non-compliance.

Dirty dishes must be cleaned (or for houses put in the dishwasher) at check out or subject to fee. 

The Saugatuck Chain Ferry is operated by the City of Saugatuck and is seasonally operated and weather dependent.  

​Heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to the first day of fall annually.

No pets allowed.

Trolly car is for luggage only.

Any guest found riding the trolly will be asked to check out immediately. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Primary Guest must be 21 years of age or older.

​Balance due at check-in.  Visa, Mastercard,  American Express, Discover accepted.  No personal checks.
