Check in - Check out for Suites and Studio (Units 700, 701, 702, 703, & 722) 

Check in 3:00 P.M.  Check out 11:00 A.M.

Check in - Check out for Cottages (Units 720 & 730)

Check in 4:00 P.M.  Check out 11:00 A.M.

Use of all resort amenities including sundeck & pool are limited to registered Holiday Hill guests only.

Heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to the first day of fall annually.

No pets

Trolly car is for LUGGAGE ONLY.  Any guest found riding the trolly will be asked to check out immediately. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Balance due at check-in.  Visa, Mastercard,  American Express, Discover accepted.  No personal checks.

Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will have their deposits refunded, minus a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their entire deposit - no refunds will be given. We do not refund for early departures. Weekly rentals and holiday rentals require 30 days notice for a deposit refund. The following holidays require at least 30 days notice on cancellation: Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day/Weekend, Venetian Festival (last Saturday in July), and Labor Day Weekend.
