Our most recent renovation, we call this unit "Smith's Corner." Renovated in 2022 this one bedroom one bath features a king bed and a full kitchen.  The family can gather around the informal bar-style seating and enjoy a quick dinner after a long day at the pool or beach.  A view of the river from this room is the perfect ​way to wake up with coffee.  The sofa in the living space pulls out into a queen perfect for kids.

Holiday Hill is a small family owned and operated resort. In order to provide our guests with 24-hour front desk service we partner with the neighboring Beachway Resort. Upon check in please park in the Beachway lot and proceed to their front desk to retrieve your keys. From there it's just a short walk up the hill to your private unit and pool!
